At Zavilar, we follow a return policy rooted in the Sunnah — your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:
  1.  Satisfaction Guarantee – We accept returns for any perfume that doesn’t meet your expectations.
    Processing Time – Please allow 5–6 working days to process your return or exchange request.
  2. Return Window – Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
  3. Product Condition – Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle to be eligible.
  4. Applicable Products – This policy applies only to:
    10ML Roll-ons
    50ML Perfume Bottles
    100ML Perfume Bottles
    Note: This policy is applicable for online purchases only.
Condition-Based Charges (If Applicable):

To ensure fair processing, small charges may apply if certain items are missing or used:

Cellophane Missing Rs. 50
Box Damaged or Missing Rs. 250
Tester Missing Rs. 40
Perfume (Used up to 10%) Minor usage Rs. 40
Perfume (Used more than 10%) Not eligible for return N/A

Return Checklist:

Before sending your product back, kindly ensure:
The perfume is securely packed.
All accessories (box, tester, cellophane) are included.
The usage does not exceed 10% of the product.
